Rachel has been photographing creative Oregonians for more than a decade, and often go on location to photograph organizations throughout the Portland metro area. Her client list includes notable artists, musicians, authors, and thought-leaders.
The current portrait series focuses on photographing and interviewing people about their Zone of Genius. “I am DEEPLY interested in the intersection of beauty, age, and power. Society tells us youth is to be valued; I witness a claiming of power with age. I reject late stage capitalism and false narratives.”
