After a recent rebranding and brand new website launch in 2022, we are back! The festival has historically been a stop for some of the very best independent shorts, features, animations, documentaries, experimental films, and other projects during their festival runs. We’re proud of the part we’ve played in promoting the best in independent cinema, particularly projects that showcase new and innovative technology.

Portland Festival of Cinema, Animation & Technology has had the pleasure to screen works ranging from microbudget and student projects to those created by some of today’s most accomplished filmmakers and featuring some of the world’s favorite actors. Countless festival selections went on to play the world’s most iconic film festivals ranging from Cannes to Sundance.

Isaac Adamson

Isaac Adamson

Portland-based screenwriter Isaac Adamson has written film and TV projects for Netflix, Lionsgate, Fox, AMC and a host of others. His script “Bubbles” was the #1 screenplay on the 2015 Black List and he’s the author of five published novels. He’d rather be playing soccer, though, or noodling around on guitar, or doing just about anything besides writing.
